Policy initiative to support growth with IPR.
The Minister of Trade and Industry has recently launched a national action plan for intellectual property rights with 16 concrete initiatives to help companies protect their products and ideas. The plan will help maintain strengths in areas such as green transition and life science.
With a patent voucher, you may receive funding for costs for a private adviser as well as for the application fee itself. You can get up to 75 percent. of the costs in funding and a maximum of DKK 75,000 per. year. This means that you have to pay 25 per cent yourself of the costs.
